You'll be able to browse an exer-expanding knowledgebase, covering topics from brief writing to optimising for the search engines - and, if you have a question that isn't answered, fill in a quick form and we'll post an in-depth response within 24 hours.
Most charities appreciate the value of the Internet, but very few have the time or resources to take a good look at the big picture. We've developed the project to fill that gap, and provide charities of all sizes with the tools to realise their online goals. Clearly accessible, and written in plain English, we hope it will become an invaluable resource.
